Bokningsvillkor  

Bokningen är bindande för båda parter så snart vi bekräftat bokningen och ni betalat anmälningsavgiften (eller hela hyran).  

Ni får en skriftlig bekräftelse på er bokning. Den sänds alltid via e-post och den mailadress som ni angivit vid bokningen.  
Ni får handlingar och uppgift om kod till husets ytterdörr senast ankomstdagen.  

Huset disponeras från kl. 15 avtalad ankomstdag till kl. 11 avresedagen, om inget annat bekräftats.   

Fjällhuset ska lämnas i god ordning. Ingen städavgift ingår, hyresgästen ansvarar för att noggrann städning sker innan avresa. Vid utebliven eller otillräcklig städning kan extra avgift debiteras.

 

Betalning  

Om ni bokat tidigare än 30 dagar i förväg är anmälningsavgiften 25 % av hyran. Anmälningsavgiften skall betalas inom 10 dagar från det att vi sänt bekräftelsen. Den räknas av från hyran. Faktura på anmälningsavgiften skickas av Nordic Exclusive AB. 

Resten av hyran skall betalas senast 30 dagar före avtalad ankomstdag.  

Betalning sker mot faktura som skickas från Nordic Exclusive AB.

 

Avbokning  

Avbokning sker via email till margareta@nordicexclusive.se. Då bekräftar vi i vändande mail din avbokning.  

Vid avbokning som sker tidigare än 30 dagar före avtalad ankomst behåller vi anmälningsavgiften.  
Om ni avbokar 30 dagar eller senare före avtalad ankomst, måste ni betala hela hyran.  
Om ni redan hunnit betala mer än vad du vid en avbokning blir skyldig att betala, återbetalar vi mellanskillnaden så snart som möjligt.  

Avbokning under vistelsen eller på tillträdesdagen, räknas som påbörjad vistelse och hela bokningskostnaden debiteras.

Booking conditions

The booking is binding for both parties as soon as we have confirmed the booking and you have paid the registration fee (or the entire rent).

You will receive a written confirmation of your booking. It is always sent via e-mail and the e-mail address you specified when booking.

You will receive documents and information about the code for the front door of the house on the last day of arrival.

The house is available from 3 pm agreed arrival date until 11 em on the day of departure, unless otherwise confirmed. Fjällhuset must be left in good order. No cleaning fee is included, the tenant is responsible for thorough cleaning before departure. In the event of non-attendance or insufficient cleaning, an extra fee may be charged.

 

Payment

If you booked earlier than 30 days in advance, the registration fee is 25% of the rent. The registration fee must be paid within 10 days from when we sent the confirmation. It is deducted from the rent. The invoice for the registration fee is sent by Nordic Exclusive AB. The rest of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before the agreed arrival date. Payment is made against an invoice sent from Nordic Exclusive AB.

Cancellation

Cancellation takes place by email to margareta@nordicexclusive.se. We will then confirm your cancellation in the return email. In case of cancellation that takes place earlier than 30 days before the agreed arrival, we retain the registration fee. If you cancel 30 days or later before the agreed arrival, you must pay the full rent. If you have already paid more than what you are obliged to pay in the event of a cancellation, we will refund the difference as soon as possible. Cancellation during the stay or on the day of access is counted as the start of the stay and the entire booking cost is charged.
